It is a complete set with all the pieces and mini figures and very nice to create your airport There were few pieces which were damaged and lost but dont worry I have replaced them with my other sets and I will also give the extra pieces which I have replaced Pieces replaced are Yellow tanker wheels to White (fitting issue) 1 1x2 piece little broke but in use 2 grey 1x2 pieces change to white due to fitting issues I will give the damaged pieces also which i have replaced so dont worry
